Laiqah Bowers-Charles is a seasoned Human Resources executive, and certified career development professional with over 25 years of experience in talent acquisition, leadership development, and organisational transformation across the public and corporate sectors in South Africa.

Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles responsible for strategic human capital management, governance oversight, and organisational development. She has worked closely with executive leadership and boards to strengthen workforce strategies, improve performance management systems, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering high-performing workplace cultures.

Laiqah has interviewed and appointed thousands of employees, from entry-level staff to senior executives, giving her deep insight into what employers look for and what differentiates successful candidates in competitive job markets.
